This past Saturday night saw funk legend George Clinton grace the stage alongside his band Parliament Funkadelic as part of Lincoln Center’s Summer for the City series. Highlights from the evening included Michael Hampton’s blistering guitar solo on ‘Maggot Brain’, an energetic cover of House of Pain’s ‘Jump Around’, and the finale of ‘Atomic Dog’ (with much of the audience joining on the stage).
