This past Thursday night saw Deer Tick take the stage for the second of three shows in Brooklyn. Highlights for the evening included a lovely cover of ‘Up Where We Belong’ (with opening act Courtney Marie Andrews) and a cover of John Mellencamp’s, ‘Authority Song’ with Titus Andronicus’s Patrick Stickles. The evening ended with a five-song encore beginning with teases of the song, ‘Tequila’ and ending with ‘(At) The End (Of a Rainbow)’.
