The Flaming Lips are expanding their horizons even further – this time by stamping their brand on a bottle of booze. The Grammy-winning alt-rockers have collaborated with FEW Spirits to create Brainville Rye Whiskey, a special blend set to be released this October.
The band’s frontman Wayne Coyne says of the new endeavor –
“Whiskey… it’s such a volatile drink. Upon pouring a drink It’s like accepting that you may become a werewolf … And really… Who doesn’t want to become a werewolf ??? Ha…”
