Pete Seeger’s Clearwater Festival has announced its 2015 line-up, which features performances by David Crosby, Kate Pierson (of the B52’s), Los Lobos, Citizen Cope, Ani DiFranco, Béla Fleck & Abigail Washburn, Blind Boys of Alabama, Guster, Neko Case, The Felice Brothers, and many more. Also known as Clearwater’s Great Hudson River Revival, the event takes place at Croton Point Park, Croton-On-Hudson, New York on June 20th-21st.
Seeger, who would have turned 96 on May 3rd, started the festival over 40 years ago as an annual fundraiser for Hudson River Sloop Clearwater, an environmental organization he founded.
In addition to live music, the festival also offers a variety of family-friendly attractions like juggling, storytelling, and even a petting zoo. Adults can attend on-site workshops hosted by folk artists, environmentalists and much more.
Prices are $75.00 per day and $110.00 for a Weekend Pass. Camping Passes are also available. Clearwater members receive 20% off. Kids 12 and under are free.
