Save the date for the 2014 First City Festival, which will take place this August 23rd and 24th at the Monterey County Fair and Event Center in Monterey, California. Named after the city’s claim as the official “first capital” of California, the festival will be hosted on the same grounds as the famed Monterey Pop Festival.
