This past Thursday night saw jazz saxophonist Kamasi Washington and his 7-piece band step out from his US tour with Herbie Hancock for a special evening at Jersey City’s, White Eagle Hall. The tight 90-minute set included such highlights as ‘Street Fighter Mas’ and ‘Fists of Fury’.
