Wayne Coyne of The Flaming Lips is set to take his recent ‘record store tour’ to the East Coast, making local stops at Other Music in NYC and Rough Trade in Brooklyn this weekend. The lead singer will be plugging the limited edition re-issue of his band’s first ever LP, packaged in a chocolate candy skull, of course. According to a press release, “each skull contains a special Gold Coin that is redeemable as admission to any headline show by THE FLAMING LIPS in the world.”
